Video After The Jump

Tyrese Gibson is currently in a nasty legal battle with his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, who is seeking a permanent restraining order against him.

According to TMZ, Norma claims the singer/actor physically abused their 10-year old daughter, Shayla, by pushing her to the ground and beating her.

Tyrese denies the accusation, saying someone has coached his daughter while under Norma’s care.

A judge is currently hearing testimony in the case.

In the meantime, Tyrese has released an emotional video begging Norma not to take his child away.

“Don’t take my baby. Please don’t take my baby,” the “Fast and the Furious” star says while crying. “This is all I got. I been away from my baby for two months. I just want my baby and no one is listening, ’cause no one’s in the courtroom. I’m at $13,000 a month, what else do you want from me?”

He goes on to say that he’s been there for millionaire and billionaire friends who have turned their backs on him.

“I don’t hate you, Norma. I don’t know why you hate me, but I don’t hate you,” he continued. “But you just can’t wake up on September 11th and decide to just accuse me of doing something that I didn’t do. Nobody wants to hire me, Norma. Congratulations.”
